If you enjoy helping people, communicate fluently in English and Spanish, and are curious about technology and fintech, we?d love to meet you.

What you'll do:
Respond to user inquiries via chat, email, and phone in both English and Spanish.
Guide users through the use of our app and digital services in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
Identify and report common user issues and collaborate with the team to find solutions.
Document common questions and help improve internal FAQs and support materials.
Assist in improving the overall user experience by sharing feedback and suggestions.

What we?re looking for:
Education:
Technical degree or university student in Interpretation (English-Spanish), Business Administration, Tourism Management, Languages, or similar fields.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or user support (preferably in tech, fintech, travel, or digital platforms).
Experience using digital apps, mobile platforms, or online services.
Interest in technology, fintech, or mobile applications is a must.

Languages:
Bilingual (Spanish and English) ? spoken and written communication skills are essential.

Work Modality:
100% on-site (Colonia Escalón, San Salvador)
Monday to Friday, full-time schedule.
