Recruitment and Selection Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related career.
- One year of experience focused on Recruitment and Selection.
- Experience in Outlook agenda management.
- Advanced English.
- Handling of recruitment platforms and personnel evaluation programs.
Competencias
Tasks to do:
- Publication of vacancies in different platforms at CAM & Dominican Republic level.
- Filtering of CVs for the different positions.
- Interviews by competencies.
- Elaboration of applicant reports.
- Handling of Excel for updating and status of active positions.
- Qualification of aptitude tests by positions.
